A different material can affect stretch, drape, opacity, shrinkage and construction. Patterns and sampling may need adjustment; price and timing are reconfirmed.

Share what you have
Technical packs, sketches, reference images and physical samples can start the discussion. Tell us which details are essential and which are open to development.
Resolve the specification
Discuss measurements, fabric composition and weight, construction, trims, branding and quantity. Missing information should be clarified before sampling.
Approve before production
Review the sample and consolidate revision notes. Confirm materials, dimensions and construction before agreeing production requirements.

Material choices shape the final garment.
Fabric direction
Share composition, weight, hand feel, stretch, drape, colour and lining preferences. A physical swatch or clear reference helps communicate the intended result.
Trims and availability
Provide requirements for fastenings, decorative details and labels. Custom materials and components can have separate minimums and lead times.

Pattern and fit
Provide base measurements, size range and a fit reference. The pattern and sample are reviewed against the intended silhouette and construction.

Sample charges, revision scope and timing are confirmed for each project. We do not apply an unverified blanket turnaround promise.
